MONTEVERDE –

AMONG THE CLOUDS!!!

2 NIGHTS & 3 DAYS PACKAGE

Day 1:

A representative of Interbus Collective Shuttle Service will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel, to transport you to the area of Monteverde.  No more than 8 passengers per van.

This transfer has a time frame of approximately 4 hours.

3 pm – Take the Don Juan Coffee Tour.  Monteverde is one of the best areas you will get the chance to learn about the cultivation and the processes, of how an authentic coffee that was used as far back as our grandparent’s generation is made.  The tour was developed in an environment that stands out as one of the best in our culture and tradition; a tradition that has made this country one of progress and peace.  The tour lasts for about 2 hours and it includes food sampling accompanied by typical snacks and the option of an authentic home-made lunch.  We offer transport from all the hotels which are located in the Monteverde area.

Day 2:

Breakfast included

7:40 am – Full day at Selvatura Park.  Today you will have the chance to enjoy a full day of adventure, starting with the Canopy, which is complemented with 15 cables y 18 platforms, optionally you can do the Tarzan Swing, all these located in the cloud forest.  The tour takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.  

At the end of this adventure you will continue with a hike on the hanging bridges, walking thru eight bridges at different lengths, which go from 50 to 170 mts. and heights from 12 to 60 meters.  Each bridge has a 1.5 mt. width, and they have capacity to hold 60 people at a time.  These bridges are fine for all ages and physical conditions.  This part of the tour takes approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.

To finalize this day, you will have a great experience with the hummingbirds, visiting their garden where you will find more than 14 species of them.  You will be surprised by the aerial maneuvers and their amazing colors.  Definitely a great surprise for nature lovers and photographers.  It doesn’t matter how you fill today, this little creatures will make your day.  Lunch included at Selvatura
